One-Year Limited Warranty*
Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase*. Within this period, Drew Technologies will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iii) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Drew Technologies; or (iv) damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Drew Technologies.
Drew Technologies retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly overhauled replacement product) the device or offer a full refund of the purchase price at it’s sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
To obtain warranty service, contact Drew Technologies’ Support for shipping instructions and a RMA number. Securely pack the device and the completed RMA form, which is required for warranty repairs. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the device, with freight charges prepaid, to Drew Technologies.
* Detachable cables for all products have a 90-day warranty. IMclean and IMclean Bluetooth have a 3-year warranty. DrewLinQ has a 2-year warranty.

Product Returns
Customer may return product purchased from Drew Technologies, Inc.
subject to the terms outlined below.
Customer may request
refund within 30 days if an item is new, in unused condition. To
be eligible for a refund, all product materials must be returned
in original, resalable condition. Shipping and Handling costs will
not be refunded once the order has been shipped to the customer.
Items shipped to customer double-boxed must be returned the same
way. Missing product parts will be deducted from any refund. The
amount of the deduction will be actual replacement cost of the
part(s), in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
All International
orders, along with any software sales worldwide, are not
cancelable and not refundable (NCNR) at any time after the order
is processed.
To return an item the customer must
contact Drew Technologies’ Support to request a return
authorization number. Authorization number must be obtained within
30 days of the invoice date.
Important:
To be eligible for a refund, the request to return merchandise
sold within the United States must be received within 30 days from
the invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from invoice date.
Merchandise must be received at Drew Technologies Inc within 15
days after the return authorization date or no refund will be
issued. Customer will have the right to request the product be
shipped back to them at their expense.
Customer is
responsible for shipping costs to return items for refund or
exchange. Customer must include the Drew Technologies
Return Form with name, RMA number, address and
telephone number clearly marked so Drew Technologies, Inc. can
properly credit customer's account. Packages received without this
information will be refused and returned to the customer without
refund.
